新冠疫情防治对中西医结合临床教育的潜在影响

Potential Impact of the COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention on Clinical Education of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

临床实践中,中西医结合可以提高临床疗效,降低不良反应的发生率,因此二者融合具有必要性。2019年末起,全球抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称“新冠”)疫情形势严峻。通过我国中西医结合临床诊疗抗击新冠疫情的发生发展经历,可见中西医结合教育专业优化发展具有必要性。对相关事件的反思提示,需要将医学教育放在社会宏观层面及医学微观的专业层面进行。结合中西医相关课程的教育及临床抗疫经历,文章讲述了中西医结合在政策、教育、科研等方面可以深化改革的方向,并从“大疫大考”中反思中西医结合临床教育深化改革的方向。

It is necessary to integrate traditional Chinese and Western medicine.In clinical practice,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve clinical efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.Since the end of 2019,the global fight against COVID-19 has been grim.Combined with the occurrence and development experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the fight against COVID-19,the author has realized the necessity of optimizing the development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine education.Through the reflection of related events,we realize that medical education needs to be carried out at the social macro level and the medical micro professional level.Combined with the education and clinical anti-epidemic experience of relevant courses of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,this paper describes the direction of deepening reform of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in policy,education,scientific research and other aspects,and reflects on the direction of deepening reform of clinical education of traditional Chinese and Western medicine from the “major epidemic”.
