基于MOOC资源的混合式教学在中药学专业的应用

摘要 目的 分析基于MOOC资源的混合式教学模式在中药学专业学生教学中的应用效果。方法 选择沈阳医学院2021级中药学专业学生120人为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用基于MOOC资源的混合式教学,对照组采用传统教学模式。结果 实验组学生实验操作成绩、期末笔试成绩和期末总成绩的得分较高(P<0.001)。通过2种不同模式的教学,实验组形成批判性思维能力的项目,包括寻求真理、分析能力、批判性思维自信、好奇心的评分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。然而,在开放思维的进步和综合应用知识的比较上,实验组低于对照组(P<0.001)。在教学结束后评估教学的满意度,实验组满意度93.33%(56/60)高于对照组的80.00%(48/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于MOOC资源的混合式教学模式在中药学专业学生中效果显著,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of the blended teaching model based on MOOC resources in the teaching of Chinese pharmacy students.Methods A total of 120 students majoring in Chinese pharmacy in Grade 2021 of Shenyang Medical College were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted blended teaching based on MOOC resources,and the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.Results The scores of experimental operation,final written test and final total score of the experimental group were higher(P<0.001).Through two different modes of teaching,experimental group formed a higher score of critical thinking skills,including truth seeking,analytical ability,critical thinking confidence,and curiosity than the control group(P<0.001).However,experimental group was lower than the control group in terms of progress in open thinking and integrated applied knowledge(P<0.001).After the teaching,the satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.33%(56/60),which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,48/60),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching model based on MOOC resources has a remarkable teaching effect among students majoring in Chinese pharmacy,and is worthy of promotion.
