Discussion on Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19 from the Liver Based on the Theory of Five Elements

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)肆虐至今,中医药对其的防控与治疗发挥了不可替代的作用。作者基于中医五行学说,从中西医不同角度出发,探讨肝与肺两脏之间的生理联系、病理影响。尤其强调COVID-19与肝脏的功能、机体免疫以及人体正气之间的关系,以期从中西医不同角度探讨从肝防治COVID-19的科学内涵,为中医药防治COVID-19提供理论依据与科研思路。

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,traditional Chinese medicine has played an irreplaceable role in its prevention,control and treatment.The author discussed the physiological relationship and pathological influence between the liver and lung from different angles of traditional Chinese and western medicine based on the theory of five elements of traditional Chinese medicine.The paper emphasized the relationship between COVID-19 and the function of the liver,immunity,and vital qi of the human body.In addition,it explored the scientific connotation of treatment and prevention of COVID-19 from different directions of medicine.The author wants to supply scientific research ideas and a theoretical basis for the treatment and prevention of COVID-19 with traditional Chinese medicine.
