摘要
目的 研究用热敏灸联合毫火针及308 nm准分子光治疗稳定期局限性白癜风的临床效果。方法 按照随机对照原则,选取2021年1月—2021年8月于枣庄市中医医院皮肤科治疗的稳定期局限性白癜风患者60例。对照组采用毫火针联合308 nm准分子光治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用热敏灸。比较2组患者白斑处治疗前后的面积变化、复色率及临床效果。结果 治疗前,2组白斑面积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12周、24周后,治疗组的白斑面积均显著小于对照组,复色率均大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组白斑处愈显率为86.7%(26/30),高于对照组的76.7%(23/30);治疗组总有效率为96.7%(29/30),高于对照组的90.0%(27/30),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 热敏灸联合毫火针及308 nm准分子光疗法治疗稳定期局限性白癜风的临床效果明确,明显优于毫火针联合308 nm准分子光疗法。治疗过程中未见明显不良反应,安全性高,患者乐于接受,亦方便推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with millifire needle and 308nm excimer light on stable vitiligo.Methods According to the principle of randomized control,60 patients with stable stage localized vitiligo were selected from Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to August 2021.The control group was treated with millifire needle combined with 308 nm excimer light,and the treatment group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The area change,recolor rate and clinical effect of white spot before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in white spot area between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 and 24 weeks of treatment,the white spot area of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the recolor rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the healing rate of white spots in the treatment group was 86.7%(26/30),which was higher than that in the control group(76.7%,23/30).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%(29/30),higher than that of the control group(90.0%,27/30),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with millifire needle and 308nm excimer phototherapy in treating stable Vitiligo is clear,the curative effect is obviously higher than that of milli-fire needle combined with 308nm excimer phototherapy.
