中医非药物治疗中风后遗症恢复期临床观察

Traditional Chinese Medicine Non-drug Therapy in the Treatment of Stroke Sequelae in the Convalescent Period

目的 研究中医非药物治疗对中风后遗症恢复期患者的效果。方法 选取2020年2月—2022年2月江西省靖安县中医院收治的中风后遗症恢复期患者80例,依据治疗方法分为中医非药物治疗组、常规性康复治疗组,各40例。观察2组治疗前后的中医证候积分、神经功能、运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量、临床疗效、安全感、舒适度、满意度。结果 治疗后,中医非药物治疗组患者的各项中医证候评分及总分均低于常规性康复治疗组(P<0.05),神经功能缺损评分标准(CSS)评分亦低于常规性康复治疗组(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer评分量表(FMA)评分、Barthel指数量表(BI)评分、世界卫生组织生活质量评价量表(WHOQOL-100)评分、安全感评分、舒适度评分、满意度评分均高于常规性康复治疗组(P<0.05)。中医非药物治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为90.00%(36/40),高于常规性康复治疗组的65.00%(26/40)(P<0.05)。结论 中医非药物治疗对中风后遗症恢复期患者的效果较常规性康复治疗好。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine non-drug treatment in patients with stroke sequelae in the recovery period.Methods From February 2020 to February 2022,80 patients with stroke sequelae in the convalescent period of Jing'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into traditional Chinese medicine non-drug treatment group and a conventional rehabilitation treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.TCM syndrome score,nervous function,motor function,daily living ability,quality of life,clinical efficacy,sense of security,comfort level and satisfaction were observed before and after treatment in 2 groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and total scores of patients in the non-drug treatment group were lower than those in the conventional rehabilitation treatment group(P<0.05),the neurological impairment score(CSS),Fugl-Meyer score scale(FMA) and Barthel Index scale(BI) of patients in the nondrug treatment group were also lower than those in the conventional rehabilitation treatment group(P<0.05).Scores,World Health Organization Quality of Life Evaluation Scale(WHOQOL-100) scores,safety scores,comfort scores and satisfaction scores were higher than those of conventional rehabilitation treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of non-drug treatment group was 90.00%(36/40),which was higher than that of conventional rehabilitation group(65.00%,26/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine non-drug treatment in patients with stroke sequelae in the convalescent period is better than that of conventional rehabilitation treatment.
