艾灸联合康复功能操在寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症中的护理研究

Study on Nursing Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Rehabilitation Function Exercise in Lumbar Disc Herniation of Cold-dampness Obstruction Type

目的 探讨艾灸联合康复功能操在寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症中的护理效果。方法 本研究以广西中医药大学第一附属医院符合纳入标准的120例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为4组,即常规组、艾灸组、康复功能操组和联合组。在治疗前和治疗后对各组患者进行日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分以及治疗后护理满意度调查。结果 治疗后,联合组的JOA得分均高于其他3组,ODI得分均低于其他3组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组之间的护理满意度差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 艾灸联合康复功能操对寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症患者有良好的效果,可有效缓解腰部疼痛、提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of moxibustion combined with rehabilitation function exercise in lumbar disc herniation of cold-dampness obstruction type.Methods In this study,120 patients who met the inclusion criteria in a third class hospital were randomly divided into 4 groups by random number table,namely routine group,moxibustion group,rehabilitation function operation group and combined group.JOA score,ODI score and post-intervention nursing satisfaction survey were performed for each patient in each group before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the JOA scores of the combined group were higher than those of the other three groups,and the ODI scores of the combined group were lower than those of the other three groups,and the difference was statistical significance(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in nursing satisfaction among all groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with rehabilitation function exercise has a good effect on patients with low back pain of colddampness obstruction type,which can effectively relieve back pain and improve life quality.
