医学人文精神是医学的灵魂,是一切医学实践活动的思想基础,指导着未来医疗卫生事业发展的方向。医学生的职业信仰是其一切医学实践活动的行为准则,是医学人文精神的具象化体现。文章旨在探究医学人文精神培育与医学生职业信仰的关系,通过分析当代医学生职业信仰不足甚至缺失的成因,并列出医学人文精神培育的相应举措,以期为临床和基础医学事业的持续发展提供新思路。

Medical humanistic spirit is the soul of medicine,the ideological basis of all medical practice activities,and guides the development direction of medical and health care in the future.Medical students' professional belief is the code of conduct for all medical practice activities and the concrete embodiment of medical humanistic spirit.This paper is to explore the relationship between the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit and medical students' professional faith,and list the corresponding measures for the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit by analyzing the causes of the lack or even lack of professional faith of contemporary medical students,so as to provide new ideas for the sustainable development of clinical and basic medicine.
