基于Web of Science数据库肿瘤康复研究进展的可视化分析

Visual analysis of research progress in tumor rehabilitation based on the Web of Science database

目的 分析肿瘤康复领域研究文献,了解其相关研究的热点和发展趋势。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集数据库2014年1月1日至2022年12月31日发表的肿瘤康复文献,应用CiteSpace 6.1.R3与VOSviewer 1.6.18软件对文献发文量、发文机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献5436篇,年发文量总体呈上升趋势;具有高发文量和较高中心性的研究机构为安德森癌症中心;关键词以生活质量、乳腺癌、幸存者、体力活动等频次较高;研究热点主题集中在肿瘤幸存者运动锻炼实践方案、肿瘤康复新模式的探索、肿瘤患者心理干预方式以及功能障碍的康复4个方面。结论 近年来肿瘤康复相关研究热度不断上升,我国学者和机构应加强与国际交流合作,同时以肿瘤患者功能障碍为中心,充分参考目前研究热点,探索适合我国国民的肿瘤康复模式。

Objective To analyze the research literature in the field of tumor rehabilitation and understand its related research hotspots and development trends. Methods The tumor rehabilitation literature published in the Web of Science core collection from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2022 was retrieved, and CiteSpace 6.1.R3 and VOSviewer 1.6.18 were used to visually analyze the publication volume, publication institution, keywords, etc. of the literature. Results A total of 5436 pieces of literature were included, and the overall annual publication volume showed an upward trend. The research institution with high publication volume and high centrality is the MD Anders on Cancer Center. Keywords frequently referred to include quality of life, breas t cancer, survivors, physical activity. The research hotspots focused on four aspects: practical exercise plans for tumor survivors, exploration of new models for tumor rehabilitation, psychological intervention methods for cancer patients, and dysfunction rehabilitation. Conclusion In recent years, researches on tumor rehabilitation have showed increasing popularity, so Chinese scholars and institutions should strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, while focus ing on the dysfunction of tumor patients, fully consulting current research hotspots, and exploring tumor rehabilitation models suitable fo r Chinese nationals.
