不同时机盆底康复治疗对自然分娩产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者盆底功能的影响

The effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment at different times on pelvic floor function of patient with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction after natural delivery

目的 分析不同时机盆底康复治疗对自然分娩产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者盆底功能的影响。方法选取2021年4月至2022年7月在莆田九十五医院妇产科患有盆底功能障碍的自然分娩初产妇102例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例。对照组于产后3个月开始实行盆底康复治疗,观察组于产后2个月开始实行盆底康复治疗。观察两组的总有效率,并分析治疗后肌纤维肌力评分以及盆底功能异常症状改善情况。结果 观察组总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的78.43%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组盆底功能异常症状中的下腹酸胀及下坠感、阴道松弛、阴道干涩、尿频尿急评分以及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 产后2个月对自然分娩产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者予以盆底康复治疗,可使盆底肌纤维肌力恢复速度加快,盆底功能异常症状发生情况减少,其疗效明显优于产后3个月。

Objective To analyze the impact of pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment at different times on pelvic floor function of patient with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction after natural delivery.Methods A total of 102 natural childbirth primiparous women with pelvic floor dysfunction in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Putian Ninety-Five Hospital from April 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,102 subjects were divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment 3 months after delivery,while the observation group received pelvic floor rehabilitation 2 months after delivery.The total effective rate of the two groups was observed,and the improvements in muscle fiber strength score and symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction were analyzed after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%,higher than 78.43%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength scores of classⅠand ClassⅡin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,lower abdominal distension and feeling of falling,vaginal relaxation,vaginal dryness,frequent and urgent urination and total score in observation group were all lower than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment for natural parturients with pelvic floor dysfunction 2 months after delivery can speed up the recovery of pelvic floor muscle fiber and reduce the occurrence of pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms,and its curative effect is significantly better than that of 3 months.
