体外冲击波四点三筋疗法结合理筋整复推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者临床疗效观察

目的探究治疗腰椎间盘突出症最有效的方式。方法医学研究原则:回顾性分析;样本选取时间:2021年1月至2022年12月;样本选取对象:140例腰椎间盘突出症患者。依据方法差异分组,予以理筋整复推拿治疗的为对照组(n=70),予以体外冲击波四点三筋疗法结合理筋整复推拿治疗的为观察组(n=70)。比较两组临床相关指标。结果治疗后,观察组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波四点三筋疗法结合理筋整复推拿,有助于缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛与腰部肌肉痉挛,减少其炎性因子水平,改善患者腰背肌力与活动范围、免疫调节的功能,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the most effective way to treat lumbar disc herniation.Methods 140 patients with lumbar disc herniation were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into two groups according to the difference of methods.The control group(n=70)was treated with Lijin rectification and massage,and the observation group(n=70)was treated with extracorporeal shock wave four-point-three reinforcement therapy combined with Lijin rectification and massage.Clinical correlation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,all indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shockwave four-point-three-tendon therapy combined with Liji rectification massage can help relieve pain and lumbar muscle spasm in patients with lumbar disc herniation,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the muscle strength and range of motion of the patient's lumbar and back,and improve the function of immune regulation.The clinical effect is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
