Egr3、sRAGE及升主动脉弹性功能在冠心病中的变化及与病变程度的关系

Changes in Egr3,sRAGE,and Ascending Aortic Elastic Function in Coronary Heart Disease and Their Relationship with Lesion Severity

摘要 目的探讨早期生长反应因子3(Egr3)、可溶性糖基化终产物受体(sRAGE)及升主动脉弹性功能在冠心病中的变化及与病变程度的关系。方法选取2020年1月至2023年5月在新乡医学院第三附属医院治疗的冠心病患者100例作为观察组,其中急性冠脉综合征患者60例,稳定型心绞痛患者40例。同时选取健康志愿者100例作为对照组。检查观察组和对照组外周血Egr3、sRAGE水平,同时分析观察组不同疾病类型、狭窄程度患者升主动脉参数差异。结果观察组外周血Egr3高于对照组,而sRAGE低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组急性冠脉综合征患者Egr3高于稳定型心绞痛患者,而sRAGE低于稳定型心绞痛患者(P<0.05)。观察组重度狭窄患者Egr3高于轻度和中度狭窄患者,而sRAGE低于轻度和中度狭窄患者(P<0.05)。观察组急性冠脉综合征患者升主动脉僵硬指数高于稳定型心绞痛,而升主动脉扩张性和前壁S波速度低于稳定型心绞痛患者(P<0.05)。观察组中度和重度狭窄患者升主动脉僵硬指数高于轻度狭窄患者(P<0.05),观察组中度和重度狭窄患者升主动脉扩张性低于轻度狭窄患者(P<0.05)。观察组重度狭窄患者前壁S波速度低于轻度和中度狭窄患者(P<0.05)。外周血Egr3与Gensini评分呈正相关,sRAGE、前壁S波速度与Gensini评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者外周血Egr3、sRAGE升高,其中Egr3、sRAGE和升主动脉弹性参数与疾病类型、狭窄程度有关;Egr3、sRAGE、前壁S波速度与Gensini评分存在相关性。 Objective To explore the changes of early growth response factor 3(Egr3),soluble glycation end product receptor(sRAGE),and ascending aortic elastic function in coronary heart disease and their relationship with the severity of the disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the observation group,including 60 patients with coronary syndrome and 40 patients with stable angina.A total of 100 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The levels of Egr3 and sRAGE in peripheral blood of the observation group and the control group were detected,and the differences in ascending aortic parameters among patients with different disease types and stenosis degrees in the observation group were analyzed.Results The peripheral blood Egr3 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the sRAGE was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Egr3 of patients with coronary syndrome in the observation group was higher than that of patients with stable angina,while the sRAGE was lower than that of patients with stable angina(P<0.05).The Egr3 of severe stenosis patients in the observation group was higher than that of mild and moderate stenosis patients,while the sRAGE was lower than that of mild and moderate stenosis patients(P<0.05).The active stiffness index of patients with coronary syndrome in the observation group was higher than that of stable angina pectoris,while the ascending aortic dilation and anterior wall S-wave velocity were lower than stable angina patients(P<0.05).The active stiffness index of moderate and severe stenosis patients in the observation group was higher than that of mild stenosis patients(P<0.05).The dilation of the ascending aorta in patients with moderate and severe stenosis in the observation group was lower than mild stenosis patients(P<0.05).The S-wave velocity of the anterior wall in patients with severe stenosis in the observation group was lower than mild and moderate stenosis patients(P<0.05).Peripheral blood Egr3 was positively correlated with Gensini,while sRAGE and anterior wall S-wave velocity were negatively correlated with Gensini(P<0.05).Conclusion The peripheral blood Egr3 and sRAGE levels are increased in patients with coronary heart disease,among which Egr3,sRAGE and ascending aortic elastic parameters are related to disease type and degree of stenosis.Egr3,sRAGE and front wall S-wave velocity are correlated with Gensini.
