子午流注择时刺络放血拔罐法在慢性盆腔炎中的应用效果

Application Effects of Cupping Therapy by Merdian Flow Timing Pricking Collateral and Letting Blood in the Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的分析子午流注择时刺络放血拔罐法在慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2023年3月河南省中西医结合医院收治的200例CPID患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各100例。对照组接受常规治疗与护理,观察组在此基础上接受子午流注择时刺络放血拔罐法。对比两组干预前后改良女性性功能调查问卷(FSFI)评分、Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分、月经情况、妇科及泌尿系统相关症状情况。结果干预后观察组妇科及泌尿系统相关症状患者占比均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组经量过多、月经周期紊乱、经量过少、痛经患者占比低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组GCQ、FSFI、WHOQOL-BREF评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论子午流注择时刺络放血拔罐法应用于CPID患者中,能改善患者临床症状,提高舒适度及生活质量,进而促进性功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of cupping therapy with meridian flow timing pricking collateral and letting blood in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods A total of 200 patients with CPID admitted to Henan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 100 cases each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and nursing,and the observation group was treated with cupping therapy with meridian flow timing pricking collateral and letting blood.The scores of the female sexual function index(FSFI),general comfort questionnaire(GCQ),World Health Organization Quality of life scale brief scale(WHOQOL-BREF)score,menstruation,gynecological and urinary related symptoms were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The percentage of patients with gynecological and urological related symptoms in the observation group were lower than that in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The percentage of patients with excessive menstrual flow,menstrual cycle disorders,low menstrual flow,and dysmenorrhea in the observation group were lower than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of GCQ,FSFI,and WHOQOL-BREF in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cupping therapy with meridian flow timing pricking collateral and letting blood can improve clinical symptoms,comfort and quality of life of patients with CPID,and promote the recovery of sexual function and nursing satisfaction.
