围手术期全程体温管理对甲状腺切除术患者的影响

Effect of Perioperative Comprehensive Temperature Management in Patients Undergoing Thyroidectomy

目的观察围手术期全程体温管理对甲状腺切除术患者的影响。方法回顾性分析河南中医药大学第一附属医院2022年4月1日至2023年2月23日接受甲状腺切除术的患者,根据是否接受围手术期全程体温管理将患者分为两组:全程体温管理组(S组)和术中体温管理组(C组)。S组患者接受围手术期全程体温保护,C组患者仅在术中接受体温保护;记录两组患者围手术期低体温、寒战、低氧血症、呼吸抑制的发生率。统计切口愈合时间、切口感染发生率、患者住院时间、术后恢复质量(QOR-40)评分及患者满意度评分。结果S组患者围手术期低体温、寒战、呼吸抑制、低氧血症的发生率低于C组(P<0.05)。S组患者术后24 h QOR-40恢复质量评分及患者满意度高于C组,S组患者住院时间短于C组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期全程体温管理能够预防接受甲状腺切除术患者术后24 h内低体温发生,同时加快患者康复进度。

Objective To observe the effect of perioperative comprehensive temperature management in patients undergoing thyroidectomy.Methods Retrospective analysis of patients who underwent thyroidectomy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 1,2022 to February 23,2023,according to whether accepted perioperative comprehensive temperature management,patients were divided into two groups:the total body temperature management group(group S)and the intraoperative body temperature management group(group C).Group S received perioperative total body temperature protection,group C received only intraoperative body temperature protection.The incidence of perioperative hypothermia,chills,hypoxemia and respiratory depression in two groups were recorded.The number of days of wound healing,incidence of wound infection,length of hospital stay,postoperative quality of recovery(QOR-40)scores and patient satisfaction scores were recorded.Results The incidence of perioperative hypothermia,chills,hypoxemia and respiratory depression in group S was lower than that in group C(P<0.05).The QOR-40 score and satisfaction degree in group S were higher than those in group C,and the days of hospitalization in group S were shorter than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive temperature management can prevent the occurrence of hypothermia in patients undergoing thyroidectomy within 24 hours after surgery,while accelerating patients’recovery progress.
