基于iSupport系统干预改善痴呆照顾者应对方式的效果研究

Effect of iSupport-based systematic intervention on coping styles of dementia caregivers

目的探讨基于iSupport的系统干预对痴呆照顾者应对方式、照顾负担及生活质量的影响。方法选取60例痴呆照顾者,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组采用基于世界卫生组织研发的iSupport循证照护支持为指导,分别从痴呆症简介、做好一名照顾者、关心照顾者、日常生活照顾和痴呆精神行为改变的应对5个方面进行为期9周的培训。对照组在常规护理干预的基础上,提供随时解答照顾者疑问的服务。采用简易应对方式问卷、照顾者负担问卷、阿尔茨海默病生活质量量表对干预效果进行评估。结果干预后痴呆照顾者积极应对方式及生活质量得分均明显高于干预前,照顾负担得分降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于iSupport的系统干预可以有效提高痴呆照顾者积极应对方式及生活质量,降低照顾负担。

Objective To explore the effects of iSupport-based systematic intervention on coping style,caring burden and quality of life of dementia caregivers.Methods 60 dementia caregivers were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group was guided by the iSupport evidence-based care support developed by the World Health Organization,and received 9-week training in five aspects:dementia introduction,being a good caregiver,caring for caregivers,daily life care and coping with dementia mental and behavioral changes.On the basis of routine nursing intervention,the control group provided services to answer the questions of the caregivers at any time.The effect of the intervention was evaluated by simple coping style questionnaire,caregiver burden questionnaire and Alzheimer s disease quality of life scale.Results The scores of positive coping style and quality of life of dementia caregivers after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the score of caring burden decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic intervention based on iSupport can effectively improve the positive coping style and quality of life of dementia caregivers,and reduce the burden of care.
