利多卡因胶浆辅助导尿对老年男性前列腺增生患者导尿管留置成功率及并发症的影响

Effect of Lidocaine Mucilage assisted catheterization on the success rate and complications of catheter indwelling in elderly male patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的 探讨利多卡因胶浆辅助导尿对老年男性前列腺增生患者导尿管留置成功率及并发症的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年7月联勤保障部队第908医院收治的85例前列腺增生导尿管留置患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)和利多卡因组(43例)。对照组使用液体石蜡油进行润滑,利多卡因组使用利多卡因胶浆进行润滑。比较两组患者导尿管留置成功率,比较两组患者麻醉前(T_(0))、麻醉后30 min(T_(1))和手术结束时(T_(2))的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)水平,比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果 术后,利多卡因组患者导尿管留置成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者T_(2)时的HR水平均低于本组T_(1)时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组T_(1)时的HR、MAP水平高于本组T_(0)时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),利多卡因组患者T_(1)、T_(2)时的HR、MAP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,利多卡因组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 利多卡因胶浆辅助导尿能够增加老年男性前列腺增生患者导尿管留置成功率,降低患者手术时和手术后心率和平均动脉压,减少患者手术时刺激,减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of Lidocaine Mucilage assisted catheterization on the success rate and complications of catheter indwelling in elderly male patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 85 patients with prostatic hyperplasia and indwelling catheter admitted to the 908~(th) Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(42 cases) and lidocaine group(43 cases) by random number table method.The control group was lubricated with liquid paraffin oil,and the lidocaine group was lubricated with Lidocaine Mucilage.The success rate of catheter indwelling,heart rate(HR) and mean arterial pressure(MAP) before anesthesia(T_(0)),30 min after anesthesia(T_(1)) and at the end of operation(T_(2)) were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results After the operation,the success rate of catheter indwelling in the lidocaine group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of HR at T_(2) in the two groups were lower than those at T_(1) in the same group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of HR and MAP at T_(1) in the control group were higher than those at T_(0),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HR and MAP levels at T_(1) and T_(2) in lidocaine group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the total incidence of complications in lidocaine group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine Mucilage assisted catheterization can increase the success rate of catheter indwelling in elderly male patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,reduce the heart rate and mean arterial pressure during and after surgery,reduce the stimulation of patients during surgery,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
