基于文献计量学的冠状动脉血运重建后心绞痛学科及其中药临床研究进展分析

Analysis of angina pectoris after coronary revascularization and its Chinese medical research based on bibliometrics

目的 分析冠脉血运重建后心绞痛学科领域文献,凝练研究现状和方向趋势。方法 检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisk)、万方数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普信息资源系统(VIP)相关文献,时间限定为建库至2022年3月18日。依据普赖斯定律,利用工具RegexBuddy、Ucinet等,应用社会网络可视化分析方法和文献计量学总结分析该领域核心作者、学术团队、发文趋势、研究热点等,并就病因、中医证型和中西医药物研究等进行总结。结果 最终纳入文献495篇,通过统计得出冠脉血运重建后心绞痛领域的文献量总体上呈逐年上升趋势;中、西医病机,中医治法,中、西医治疗药物,疗效或安全性理化指标是主要研究内容;中西医药物累计204个临床研究,总样本量达18 696例。结论 冠脉血运重建后心绞痛的研究不断深入,但目前该领域核心作者和学术团队的构成尚不成熟。中医药防治冠脉血运重建后心绞痛具有独特优势,药物研究累积一定成果。

Objective To analyze the literature on angina pectoris after coronary revascularization,and sum up the current progression and trend of this domain.Methods Related literatures were retrieved from CBMdisk,Wanfang database,CNKI and VIP,and the time period was set from the establishment of the database to March 18,2022.According to Priced law,this study used the tools of RegexB uddy,and Ucinet,and applied visual analysis of social networks and bibliometrics,to analyze the core authors,academic teams,publication trends,and research hotspot in this field.The etiology,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome type and medicine research of traditional Chinese and western medicine were summarized.Results A total of 495 literatures were finally retrieved.The statistics showed that the literature quantity of angina pectoris after coronary artery revascularization increased year by year.The pathogenesis,therapy and drugs of Chinese and Western medicine,and curative effect or security indexes were the main research contents.There were 204 clinical studies on traditional Chinese and western medicine,with a total sample size of 18 696 cases.Conclusion Researches on angina pectoris after revascularization of coronary arteries are gradually getting deeper,but the core authors and academic team in this field are still immature.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of this disease,and medicine research has accumulated achievements to some degree.
