药物重组服务在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的实践与效果

Practice and effectiveness of medicaton reformation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的 探讨药物重组服务(MR)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用与效果。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年3月赣南医学院附属兴国医院收治的120例COPD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组行传统医疗模式服务,观察组在对照组基础上加以MR服务。比较两组患者药品不良反应/事件(ADR/ADE)发生率、慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我评估测试(CAT)评分、经济指标、住院天数的差异,并对两组患者的满意度进行评价。结果 观察组的ADR/ADE总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院费用、药品费用低于对照组,住院天数短于对照组,其药品占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对COPD患者实施MR服务能有效提高用药安全性,具有极高的经济效益,有助于患者满意度的提升。

Objective To investigate the application and effect of medicaton reformation(MR) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 120 COPD patients admitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical College from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as rersearch subjects,and they were divided into control group(60 cases) and observation group(60 cases) according to random number table method.The control group received traditional medical services,and the observation group received MR services based on the control group.The incidence of adverse drug reaction/event(ADR/ADE),COPD patients self assessment test(CAT) scores,economic indicators and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total incidence of ADR/ADE in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization cost and drug cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,and the proportion of drugs was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of MR for COPD patients can effectively improve drug safety,has high economic benefits,and is conducive to the improvement of patient satisfaction.
