综合护理在双相障碍患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with bipolar dis-order

目的 探讨综合护理在双相障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年6月至12月福州神经精神病防治院收治的30例双相障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(15例)和对照组(15例),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用综合护理方法。比较两组的护理满意度、心理情绪评分、生活质量评分以及躁狂情绪评分。结果 观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,心理情绪评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,躁狂情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理应用于双相障碍患者,在让患者称心的同时还能让患者的生活品质得到提升,安抚患者的不良情绪,值得推广运用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods A total of thirty patients with bipolar disorder admitted to Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Hospital from June to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group(15 cases) and the control group(15 cases) by random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method and the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing method.The nursing satisfaction,psychological and emotional scores,quality of life scores and manic mood scores were compared between two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the psychological and emotional scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the manic mood scores was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing to bipolar disorder patients not only satisfies patients but also improves their quality of life and soothes their negative emotions,which is worth promoting and applying.
