基于知识图谱的六味地黄丸临床应用研究可视化分析

Visual analysis of clinical application of Liuwei Dihuang Pills based on knowledge mapping

目的通过分析1990至2022年六味地黄丸临床应用文献,探究六味地黄丸临床应用现状及研究趋势。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方和维普数据库中的六味地黄丸临床应用文献,采用CiteSpace软件对文献年度发文量、发文机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入六味地黄丸临床应用相关文献1613篇,年发文量总体呈增长趋势,发文量最高的机构为北京中医药大学。六味地黄丸药理机制以及用于2型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病与骨质疏松等疾病的治疗为研究热点。结论六味地黄丸临床应用备受关注,未来应利用网络药理学等方法进行中医药现代化研究,扩展六味地黄丸的临床应用范围,重视中成药临床综合评价的研究。

AIM To explore the research situation and trend of the clinical application of the Liuwei Dihuang Pills from 1990 to 2022.METHODS Data were retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database.CiteSpace were used to analyze the annual publication quantity,authors,research institutions,and keywords.RESULTS A total of 1613 publications were included.The annual publication showed a growth trend.The institution with the largest number of publications was Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.The pharmacologic mechanism of Liuwei Dihuang Pill and its application in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,diabetic nephropathy and osteoporosis were the focus of research.CONCLUSION The clinical application of Liuwei Dihuang Pills has attracted more attention.Future study using network pharmacology to carry out modern research of traditional Chinese medicine,expand the scope of clinical application,and attach importance to the comprehensive evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.
