Analysis on the selection scheme of electrolytic circulating pump in electrolytic workshop

目前国内工业循环泵主要采用立式长轴循环泵和卧式中开离心循环泵两种,本文从两种泵的性能、效率、投资等各个方面分析,结合某公司现有电解车间循环泵使用情况及国内其他冶炼行业循环泵使用情况,对某项目工程电解车间循环泵的选型提供依据。

At present,two kinds of industrial circulating pumps are mainly used in China:vertical long-axis circulating pump and horizontal mid-open centrifugal circulating pump.This paper analyzes the performance,efficiency,investment and other aspects of the two pumps,and provides a basis for the selection of circulating pump in an electrolytic workshop of a project by combining the use of circulating pump in a company's existing electrolytic workshop and the use of circulating pump in other domestic smelting industries.
