摘要
含有铂、铱、铑、钌等贵金属的合质金不适合用火试金重量法及ICP光谱杂质差减法检测其中的金含量;为了能准确检测该类样品中的金含量,通过对该类贵金属元素性质进行分析,尝试建立一种适用于该类合质金的检测方法。将样品称重,以王水溶解,过滤、洗涤分离不溶于王水的固体,向贵金属溶液加入过量的水合肼,将贵金属还原成单质。将得到的贵金属洗涤干净、烘干、称量,收集、测定滤液中金含量。得到的金粉通过火试金重量法得到含有贵金属的金卷,将金卷以王水溶解,在ICP光谱仪上测定金卷中贵金属元素含量。通过金标准样品、滤液中的金含量和测定的贵金属元素的含量和计算样品中的金含量。经验证确认该方法适用于含铂、铱等贵金属的合质金样品中金含量的检测。
Composite gold containing platinum,iridium,rhodium,ruthenium and other precious metals is not suitable for the detection of gold content by fire test gold gravimetric method and ICP spectral impurity subtraction method;In order to accurately detect the gold content in this type of sample,by analyzing the properties of this kind of precious metal element,try to establish a detection method suitable for this type of composite gold.Weigh a certain amount of sample,dissolve it in aqua regia,filter,wash and separate the solid insoluble in aqua regia,add excessive hydrazine hydrate to the precious metal solution to reduce the precious metal to element.The obtained precious metals are washed,dried,weighed,and the gold content in the filtrate is collected and measured.The obtained gold powder was obtained by fire test gravimetric method to obtain gold coils containing precious metals,and the gold coils were dissolved in aqua regia,and the precious metal element content in the gold coil was determined on the ICP spectrometer.The gold content in the sample is calculated from the gold standard sample,the gold content in the filtrate,and the content of the precious metal element determined.It has been verified that this method is suitable for the detection of gold content in synthetic gold samples containing platinum,iridium and other precious metals.
