残矿资源禀赋特征调查及安全高效回收方案研究

摘要 洛坝铅锌矿多年来一直沿用空场法开采工艺,遗留了大量的高品位矿柱资源,严重影响矿山的服务年限和可持续发展。基于采空区和残矿资源赋存状况调查,将残矿资源分为顶柱、间柱、保安矿柱、边角矿和塌陷矿五大类,并对各类残矿资源有针对性地提出了技术可行、经济合理的回收或处理方案和安全技术措施。洛坝铅锌矿残矿资源的安全高效回收,不仅从根本上消除了采空区安全隐患,保护了地表地下环境,而且产生了显著的经济效益。 Luoba lead-zinc mine has been using open-pit mining technology for many years,leaving a large number of high grade pillar resources,which seriously affects the service life and sustainable development of the mine.Based on the investigation of the occurrence of goaf and residual ore resources,the residual ore resources are divided into five categories:top pillar,middle pillar,safety pillar,corner ore and collapse ore,and the technical feasible,economical and reasonable recovery or treatment scheme and safety technical measures are put forward.The safe and efficient recovery of the residual ore resources of Luoba lead-zinc mine not only eliminates the safety hazard of the goaf fundamentally,protects the surface and underground environment,but also produces remarkable economic benefits.
