摘要
在大中型有色金属企业生产过程中,电子汽车衡的使用必不可少。在检定或校准周期内,为及时发现电子汽车衡在使用过程中隐含的软、硬件故障而导致测量结果异常,往往用简单实用并具相当可信度的方法对电子汽车衡进行期间核查,以确保其计量特性不变。本文就针对安装位置分散,量程参差不一的几台甚至几十台电子汽车衡如何有效开展期间核查,确保测量结果可信度开展研究和实践,以持续满足法制计量要求,并不断提升企业计量管理水平。
In the production process of large and medium-sized non-ferrous metal enterprises,the use of electronic vehicle scales is essential.To detect the software and hardware failures that may lead to abnormal measurement results during the use of electronic vehicle scales,a simple and practical method with considerable credibility is often used to verify the electronic vehicle scales to ensure that their measurement characteristics remain unchanged during the verification or calibration cycle.In this paper,we investigated and practiced how to effectively carry out period verification to ensure the reliability of measurement results for several or even dozens of electronic vehicle scales with scattered installation locations and varying ranges,to continuously meet the requirements of legal metrology and to continuously improve the management level of enterprises.
