同径偏斜在岩风阡铝土矿钻探的应用

摘要 在岩风阡铝土矿钻探施工中,半土状铝土矿,取出的矿心采取率往往不够或直接打丢,严重影响对矿层的评价,甚至可能造成钻孔报废。因此,在矿心采取率不足、质量不符合要求的孔段,必须进行补取矿心工作[1]。文章结合ZK3607钻孔采用的同径偏斜技术成功补取矿心的实例进行研究,总结用圆钢加工偏斜器代替以往常用的钻杆或岩心管[2],采用“水泥柱+钻杆+偏斜器+水泥柱”的组合形式,代替传统的投石料卡固或者单一一层水泥固定偏斜器,下入偏斜器时采用了反正扣代替传统的铁丝或者钢丝绳的新的同径偏斜方法[3]。 During the drilling construction of Yanfengqian Bauxite,the recovery rate of the half soil Bauxite core is often insufficient or directly lost,which seriously affects the evaluation of the ore bed,and may even lead to the abandonment of the borehole.Therefore,in hole sections with insufficient core recovery rate and unsatisfactory quality,supplementary core extraction work must be carried out.The article studies the successful use of the same diameter deviation technology in ZK3607 drilling to supplement ore cores,and summarizes the use of a round steel processing deviation device to replace commonly used drill pipes or core pipes in the past.The combination form of"cement column+drill pipe+deviation device+cement column"is used to replace traditional stone feeding clamping or a single layer of cement fixed deviation device,When inserting the skewer,a new method of same diameter skewing,which replaces traditional iron wire or steel wire rope with a reverse buckle,was adopted.
