摘要
在高溜井施工中采用普通法、吊罐法等施工方法使用的越来越少,天井钻机施工溜井的方法使用的越来越多,目前基本上得到了推广和使用[1-3]。对于高度超过50m的溜井,本文通过分析研究,提出了溜井刷扩的新方法,较好的解决了传统方法的循环作业效率低、施工工期长的弊端。通过多次现场施工,实践证明该方法安全、高效的完成了高溜井刷扩。
In the construction of high chute,the common method,hanging tank method and other construction methods are used less and less,and the method of using patio drilling rig to construct chute is used more and more.At present,it has been basically popularized and used[1-3].For the chute with a height of more than 50 m,this paper puts forward a new method of chute expansion through analysis and research,which solves the disadvantages of low efficiency and long construction period of traditional methods.Through many times of field construction,it is proved that the method is safe and efficient to complete the expansion of high chute.
