硫化铜钴矿中POX装置排气管的优化研究

Improvement of Exhaust Pipe in POX Workshop

实践表明,采用POX装置生产处理非洲硫化铜钴矿时,2507超级双相不锈钢排气管的寿命约7月,每个生产停车周期须进行一次更换;而在排气管外喷涂Cr2O3等喷涂材料层,排气管内衬SiC类陶瓷等系列优化措施后,生产运行24个月后的排气管,其金属层、陶瓷内衬层无明显腐蚀、磨蚀痕迹。

The practice shows that the POX workshop is used to treat the copper and cobalt sulfide ore from Africa,the 2507 material is usually used as the exhaust pipe.The exhaust pipe’s life span is about 7 months,and it needs to be replaced every shutdown cycle.However,after the Cr2O3 coating material layer was sprayed on the outside surface of the exhaust pipe,and SiC ceramic was added to internal surface of the exhaust pipe,there was no obvious corrosion and abrasion marks on the metal layer and ceramic layer of the exhaust pipe after 24 months of operation of the POX workshop.
