摘要
为深入了解北京市农业标准化基地质量安全管控能力情况,从农业标准化基地建设管理、农产品质量安全管控、品牌提升3方面调研了北京125家农业标准化基地,发现北京市农业标准化基地普遍存在产后机械化,投入品管理,标准体系建立,标准转化以及品牌建设、培育和推广方面仍较薄弱,承诺达标合格证的开具、标准梳理等方面执行水平尚需提高等问题,并针对问题提出加强农业标准化生产及培训、推行全程质量安全控制、规范质量标志管理等建议。
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the quality and safety control capabilities of agricultural standardization bases in Beijing,a survey was conducted on 125 agricultural standardization bases in Beijing from three aspects of construction and management of agricultural standardization bases,quality and safety control of agricultural products and brand enhancement.It was found that there were still some problems of weak post production mechanization,inputs management,establishment of standard systems,standard transformation,brand building,cultivation and promotion,and low level of the issuance of commitment of qualified certificate and the sorting out of standards.In response to the problems,some suggestions were put forward,which contained strengthening agricultural standardized production and training,promoting full process quality and safety control,and standardizing quality label management.
