星载天线阵列动力学分析及优化设计

Mechanical analysis and improved design of spaceborne multi channel transceiver antenna array

摘要 星载天线作为通信及遥感卫星中重要的载荷设备,面临着各种严苛的力学环境,其电子器件极易出现结构性破坏、功能失效等动力学问题。为了提高其在轨可靠性,基于有限元法建立了星载多路收发天线阵列的动力学模型,并进行了模态分析和频响分析,发现结构刚度较低且有屈服破坏的风险。通过设置加强筋和增大板厚等方法对此结构进行了设计优化,优化后结构基频显著提高,最大应力、位移等输出响应明显减小,满足了结构安全性要求。 As an important payload equipment in communication and remote sensing satellites,satellite borne antennas faces with various harsh mechanical environments,and their electronic components are prone to dynamic problems such as structural damage and functional failure.In order to improve its in orbit reliability,it establishes a dynamic model of a satellite borne multi-channel transceiver antenna array based on the finite element method,and conducts modal analysis and frequency response analysis.It is found that the structural stiffness is low and there is a risk of yield failure.The structure is designed and optimized by setting reinforcing ribs and increasing plate thickness.After optimization,the fundamental frequency of the structure is significantly increased,and the maximum stress,displacement,and other output responses are significantly reduced,which meets the safety requirements of the structure.
