基于FMEA的ESAD测试系统设计

摘要 针对当前引信电子安全系统(ESAD)测试效率低、无法定位故障点和原因、不便于后续修复改善的问题,设计了一种基于典型引信故障失效模式与影响分析(FMEA)的ESAD测试系统。根据FMEA方法分析得出引信故障信息表,通过I/O接口与数模转换模块按照上位机中装定的时序输出解除保险所需激励信号并实时监测其状态。根据监测状态判断ESAD是否存在故障,与故障信息表中的故障模式进行比对,将测试结果和对应故障信息展示在上位机中。该测试系统已应用在引信产品中,效果良好。 Considering the issues for the current electronic safety and arming device(ESAD)test,including low test efficiency,unable to locate the fault point and the reasons,not conducive to subsequent repair and improvement,an ESAD test system based on the typical fuze failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)is designed.First,it analyzes the fuze to obtain the fault information table based on the FMEA method.Subsequently,the excitation signal required for releasing insurance is output according to the timing set on the upper computer,then the state of the ESAD is continuously monitored.After that,according to the monitoring state,the fault in the ESAD is determined by comparing with the fault patterns in the fault information table.Finally,the test result and corresponded fault information are displayed on the upper computer.This test system are successfully applied in the test of fuze,yielding favorable results.
