地铁车轮不圆度控制方案分析

摘要 对某地铁实际运营过程中出现的异常振动问题进行了分析,发现5~7阶车轮不圆度是导致车辆异常振动的主要原因。为控制车轮不圆度,提出了“两刀镟”和在列车进出库时采用紧急制动措施两种控制方案,并对被控制车辆进行了跟踪测试研究。结果表明:“两刀镟”方案在抑制车轮径跳发展的同时有效抑制了车轮的5~7阶不圆度,从而在镟轮初期消除了车辆的异常振动现象,并保证车辆在较长的运行里程中能保持良好的运行品质,与之相比,紧急制动措施虽然可以在一定程度上抑制车轮径跳的发展,但无法有效抑制车轮5~7阶不圆度的发展。 The problem of non-roundness of subways'wheels have an adverse effect on the running quality and safety of the vehicles.At present,there is still no effective solution for the problem of non-roundness of wheels.The abnormal vibration during the operation of a subway is analyzed,it is found that the serious non-roundness of 5~7 order of wheels is the main cause of abnormal vibration.In order to control the non-roundness of wheels,the second turning and emergency braking measure is carried out,then the tracking test on the vehicles are carried out.The result shows that second turning can effectively suppress the non-roundness of 5~7 order of wheels,while suppressing the development of radial beat of wheels,thus,the abnormal vibration of the vehicle in the initial stage of turning is eliminated,the vehicle maintains good running quality during long mileage.By contrast,the emergency braking measure can suppress the development of radial beat of wheels,but can't effectively suppress the development of the non-roundness of 5~7 order of wheels.
