摘要
耳鸣的神经机制复杂,耳鸣引起的神经活动不止在听觉系统发生改变,也影响着非听觉网络。随着影像学的发展,功能性核磁共振成像(functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging,fMRI)应用于大脑可间接代表神经元的活动情况,在耳鸣的研究中得到广泛应用,为耳鸣的神经机制提供了新的见解。本文基于fMRI在耳鸣的脑功能网络的研究进展进行综述,从影像学的角度探索耳鸣的神经活动改变,为耳鸣的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。
The neural mechanism of tinnitus is complex.Changes of neural activities related to tinnitus involve not only the auditory system,but also non-auditory networks in the brain.Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)can provide information on neuronal activities and has been widely used in tinnitus studies to provide new insights on its neural mechanisms and new ideas for its diagnosis and treatment.
