摘要
本文通过一起电梯定期检验时上行制动工况曳引检查项目失控的案例,从现场排查情况和电气原理图分析2个方面,探讨了由于电梯能量回馈装置故障导致此台电梯切断主电源开关后,电梯不能立即停止运行和电梯控制电路板依旧带电的原因。根据案例分析结果,进一步讨论了电梯能量回馈装置故障对电梯的安全运行可能产生的安全隐患,并且针对电梯能量回馈装置应有的保护功能提出了检验此类装置应增加的检验项目,与检验操作过程中的注意事项。
This paper analyzes a case that the inspection items of upward braking condition does not in accordance with requirements of regulation.Through the above case analysis,this paper discusses the reason why the lift can not stop running immediately and the lift control circuit board is still powered,after the lift cuts off the main power switch,which is caused by the failure of the energy feedback device for lift,from two aspects:the on-site inspection and the analysis of electrical schematic diagram.This paper further discusses the potential safety hazards of energy feedback device of lift on the safe operation of lift,according to the protection function of energy feedback device of lift,the inspection items that should be added and precautions during inspection are put forward.
