思政与科研融入土壤肥料学教学的改革探索

摘要 为在土壤肥料学课程中实现思政、教学和科研的有机融合,以提升“三全育人”效果,需采取一系列创新性的改革措施。首先,要加强思政元素的融入,培养学生高尚的思想品德。其次,建立高质量课程思政案例库,优化思想引导和教育。此外,整合最新的相关科研成果和前沿科技,确保学生紧跟行业趋势,培养实践能力和创新意识。同时,变革考核评价模式,激发学生学习兴趣,培养创新思维和实践能力。这些改革实践的核心在于促进思政、教学和科研的有机融合、相互支持。这种培养模式更符合国家对新时代农林学科人才的需求,通过实现土壤肥料学思政育人的目标,为社会可持续发展培养专业素养全面、思想道德良好的人才作出积极贡献。 To achieve the organic integration of ideological,teaching,and research aspects in the Soil and Fertilizer Science course,so as to enhance the comprehensive education effect,a series of innovative reform measures are required.Firstly,it is essential to strengthen the incorporation of ideological elements,fostering students'noble moral character alongside their professional learning.Secondly,the establishment of a high-quality case library for ideological education in the course is proposed,aiming to optimize ideological guidance and education.Additionally,integrating the latest relevant research results and cutting-edge technology is advocated to ensure students keep pace with industry trends,fostering practical skills and innovation awareness.Simultaneously,a transformation of the assessment and evaluation system is suggested to stimulate students'interest in learning and cultivate innovative thinking and practical abilities.The core of these reform initiatives lies in promoting the organic integration and mutual support of ideology,teaching,and research.This educational model aligns more closely with the country's requirements for talent development of agricultural and forestry disciplines in the new era.By achieving the goal of ideological education in Soil and Fertilizer Science,this model contributes actively to cultivating well-rounded,morally upright professionals for the sustainable development of society.
