炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合左归疏肝汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果及对患者性激素和排卵与血清性激素结合球蛋白水平的影响

Effect of ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate combined with Zuogui Shugan decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on sex hormones and ovulation and serum sex hormone binding globulin levels in patients

目的探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合左归疏肝汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果及对患者性激素、排卵、血清性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月江阴市中医院收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,观察组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合左归疏肝汤治疗,比较两临床疗效、治疗前后性激素[黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)]及SHBG水平、排卵情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LH、FSH水平均低于治疗前,E2水平均高于治疗前,且观察组LH、FSH水平均低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清SHBG水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排卵率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合左归疏肝汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效显著,可促进患者恢复正常性激素水平,提升排卵率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate combined with Zuogui Shugan decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on sex hormones,ovulation and serum sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG)levels.Methods A total of 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate,and the observation group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate combined with Zuogui Shugan decoction.The clinical efficacy,sex hormones(luteinizing hormone[LH],follicle stimulating hormone[FSH],estradiol[E2])and SHBG levels before and after treatment and ovulation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 72.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH and FSH of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of E2 was higher than that before treatment.the levels of LH and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum SHBG levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate combined with Zuogui Shugan decoction has significant effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,which can promote patients to return to normal sex hormone levels and improve ovulation rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
