艾灸联合热熨对腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

The effect of moxibustion combined with hot ironing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery

目的探讨艾灸联合热熨对腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月上饶市中医院收治的50例腹部手术患者作为研究对象,按照交替分组法随机分为研究组与对照组,每组25例。比较两组临床疗效、胃肠功能恢复时间、胃肠激素[血管活性肠肽(VIP)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)]水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组排气时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VIP水平均低于治疗前,GAS、MTL水平均高于治疗前,且研究组VIP水平低于对照组,GAS、MTL水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合热熨用于腹部手术后疗效显著,可有效促进患者胃肠功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion combined with hot ironing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.Methods 50 patients with abdominal surgery admitted to Shangrao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to alternate grouping method,with 25 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function recovery time,gastrointestinal hormones(vasoactive intestinal peptide[VIP],gastrin[GAS],motilin[MTL])levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 76.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The exhaust time,defecation time and bowel sound recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of VIP of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the levels of GAS and MTL were higher than before treatment,the level of VIP in the study group were lower than that in the control group,and the levels of GAS and MTL were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with hot ironing has better effect after abdominal operation and can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
