基于数字孪生的冷冻冷藏装备智能调控系统开发

摘要 冷冻冷藏系统广泛应用于食品和药品的生产、储存及运输等方面,其规模与总能耗正处于高速增长期。低温制冷行业的能源使用模式已经实现从粗放式到集约式的初步转型,冷冻冷藏系统面临智能化节能运行调控的机遇与挑战。本文提出一种基于数字孪生的冷冻冷藏装备智能调控系统,并对其整体架构进行介绍,旨在为冷冻冷藏装备节能运行控制系统的开发和应用奠定基础。 Being widely used in the production,storage and transportation of food and medicine,the scale and the total energy consumption of the freezing and cold storage system are overgrowing.Although the energy consumption mode of the low temperature refrigeration industry has achieved a preliminary transformation from extensive to intensive,the freezing and cold storage system is still facing opportunities and challenges in intelligent control for energy-saving operation.A kind of intelligent control system for freezing and cold storage equipment based on digital twin technology is proposed,and its whole construction is introduced,hoping to lay the foundation for the development and application of the energy-saving operation control system of freezing and cold storage equipment.
