自升式风电安装船桩靴结构优化设计

摘要 为在初步设计时考虑桩靴施工和工艺的要求,对某自升式风电安装船的桩靴进行优化设计,建立有限元模型,并根据相关规范计算桩靴在预压载、偏心和风暴自存工况下的结构强度。强度校核结果表明:优化设计后的结构强度满足要求且实船运营良好。研究成果可为桩靴结构优化设计提供一定参考。 In order to consider the requirements of construction and technology in the preliminary design,the spudcan of a jack-up wind turbine installation ship is optimized,the finite element model is established,and the structural strength of the spudcan under preloading,eccentricity,and storm self storage conditions is calculated according to relevant specifications.The strength verification results indicate that the optimized structural strength meets the requirements and the actual ship operation is good.The research results can provide some references for the optimization design of spudcan structures.
