摘要
为使船厂电缆托架的宽度能最大限度的满足电缆敷设率要求,在电缆托架设计过程中通过使用一种新型的核查表对电缆托架宽度和电缆数量之间的关系进行分析。通过此表格的计算核查能在短时间内快速的分析出电缆托架的选型是否满足电缆敷设率要求。从而实现在设计初期就可以有效管控电缆托架的选型,减少后期现场施工修改。研究成果可为船舶电缆路径设计提供一定参考。
In order to maximize the width of the shipyard cable tray to meet the cable laying rate requirements,a new type of checklist is used in the cable tray design process to analyze the relationship between the width of the cable tray and the number of cables.Through the calculation and verification of this table,it is possible to quickly analyze whether the selection of cable trays meets the requirements for cable laying rate in a short period of time.Thus,in the early stages of design,the selection of cable trays can be effectively controlled,reducing on-site construction modifications in the later stages.The research results can provide some references for the design of ship cable paths.
