Study on HSE Management in LNG Receiving Station Laboratory

针对化验室常见HSE管理风险,从HSE基础管理、基础设施设计排查、外来人员管理、设备设施和仪器管理、化学品管理、化验及实验过程管理等6个方面,详细分析了LNG接收站化验室HSE管理的基本工作和具体内容,对各LNG接收站系统梳理化验室HSE管理工作,有效落实属地责任,实现HSE管理措施的有效落地,具有一定借鉴意义。

Regarding the common HSE management risks in laboratories,the basic work and specific contents of HSE management in laboratories of LNG receiving stations were analyzed in detail from six aspects,including HSE basic management,infrastructure design and investigation,external personnel management,equipment and instrument management,chemicals management,and testing and experimental process management.It had certain reference significance for the systematic sorting of laboratory HSE management in each LNG receiving station,the effective implementation of local responsibilities,and the effective implementation of HSE management measures.
