在役石油石化场地土壤污染识别进展研究

Research on Identification of Soil Pollution in Active Petroleum and Petrochemical Sites

国家对土壤地下水污染的关注度越来越高,石油石化企业因原辅材料种类及含量的特殊性,土壤污染风险大,有效的风险管控十分关键。场地污染风险管控的前提是对污染进行全面且有效的识别,包括污染物种类、分布以及未来发展趋势等。石油石化企业的上中下游在工艺、开发过程等方面具有明显区别,对应的污染识别方法及结果也有显著差异。对比分析了在役油田企业、炼化企业、油库/加油站在特征污染物、污染分布、污染趋势3个方面的相关研究进展并进行了展望,为在役石油石化场地的风险管控提供借鉴。

The country is paying more and more attention to soil and groundwater pollution.Due to the particularity of the types and contents of raw and auxiliary materials,petroleum and petrochemical enterprises have great soil pollution risks,and effective risk control is very crucial.The premise of site pollution risk control is a comprehensive and effective identification of pollution,including the types,distribution and future development trend of pollutants.The upper,middle and lower reaches of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises have obvious differences in technology and development process,and the corresponding pollution identification methods and results are also significantly different.The research progress on characteristic pollutants,pollution distribution and pollution trend of oil field enterprises,refining and chemical enterprises and oil depots/gas stations in service was compared and prospected,which could provide reference for risk control of oil and petrochemical sites in service.
