摘要
矿井排水系统主要用于井下涌水的抽出排放,是保证矿井安全生产的关键环节之一。本文结合某煤矿矿井排水系统的升级改造实例,介绍了煤矿井下无人值守自动排水控制系统的设计原理、架构和功能。采用PLC和上位机组态软件,可实现井下无人值守排水系统的自动控制。
The mine drainage system is mainly used for the extraction and discharge of underground water inflow,and is one of the key links to ensure safe production in the mine.Based on an example of upgrading and renovating of the drainage system of a certain coal mine,this paper introduces the design principle,architecture and functions of an unmanned automatic drainage control system in a coal mine.By using PLC and upper computer configuration softwares,the automatic control of the unmanned drainage system in the underground can be achieved.
