超皮秒激光联合透明质酸注射在面部年轻化治疗中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨超皮秒激光联合透明质酸注射进行面部年轻化治疗的效果。方法:选择2021年1月-2022年6月在笔者医院要求进行面部年轻化治疗的就医者99例,按随机数字表法分为A组(n=33,单纯透明质酸治疗)、B组(n=33,单纯超皮秒激光治疗)、C组(n=33,超皮秒激光联合透明质酸治疗)。评价疗效,对比皮肤生理指标、皮肤屏障功能、不良反应。结果:治疗后,C组总有效率90.91%高于A组(69.70%)及B组(66.67%)(均P<0.05)。C组VISIA皮肤图像分析仪各项指标、经皮水分散失(Trans epidermal water loss,TEWL)、角质层含水量、表皮皮脂含量均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗后C组各指标改善均优于A组、B组(P<0.05)。三组不良反应总发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超皮秒激光联合透明质酸注射用于面部年轻化疗效肯定,可改善皮肤生理指标、皮肤屏障功能,且未增加不良反应。 Objective To investigate the effect of ultra-picosecond laser combined with hyaluronic acid on the aesthetics of people seeking facial rejuvenation treatment.Methods A total of 99 people who underwent facial rejuvenation in the author's hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and grouped into group A(n=33,hyaluronic acid treatment),group B(n=33,ultra-picosecond laser treatment)and group C(n=33,ultra-picosecond laser combined with hyaluronic acid treatment)according to the random number table method.The curative effect was evaluated,and the skin indicators,skin barrier function,and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of group C was 90.91%,which was higher than that of group A,69.70%,and higher than that of group B,66.67%(all P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of VISIA skin image analyzer,TEWL,stratum corneum water content and epidermal sebum content in group C were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of VISIA skin image analyzer,TEWL,stratum corneum water content and epidermal sebum content in group C were better than those in group A and group B(all P<0.05).Comparing the total incidence of adverse reactions,21.21%in group C,9.09%in group A and 12.12%in group B,and there was no obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultra-picosecond laser combined with hyaluronic acid has a positive effect on facial rejuvenation.It can improve skin indicators,skin barrier function,and without increasing adverse reactions.
