新工科背景下畜产品加工创新人才培养体系的构建与实践 被引量:2

摘要 畜产品加工业是关系国计民生的第一大食品产业。近20年来,我国畜产品加工业经历了从规模快速扩张到产量与质量并重、从作坊式生产到工业化生产的转型升级,对专业人才需求旺盛。但多年来实践人才不够、高技能人才缺乏、创新型工程人才培养不足,已成为制约产业可持续发展的重要瓶颈。新工科背景下,“产教融合+科教融合”的教育模式契合各类人才的培养要求,有助于行业工程型人才创新能力的提升。南京农业大学畜产品加工学教学团队针对专业课程特点,依托学科优势,结合发展实际,不断探索适应新工科背景的教育体系,通过创新领航计划、推动人才进企、打造优质资源、强化实践育人、组建一流师资等方式,构建了“五进五结合”育人模式,在培养创新人才方面取得了突出成效。 The animal products processing industry is the largest food industry related to national economy and people s livelihood.In the past 20 years,the animal product processing industry in China has experienced a transformation and upgrading from rapid expansion of scale to equal emphasis on output and quality,from workshop style production to industrial production,with a strong demand for professional talents.However,over the years,the lack of practical,high-skilled and innovative engineering talents has become an important bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of the industry.The integrated education system of animal product processing,industry and education in the context of new engineering meets the training requirements of all kinds of talents,which is conducive to the improvement of the innovation ability of engineering talents in the industry.According to the characteristics of professional courses,relying on the advantages of disciplines,combined with the actual development,the teaching team of animal product processing of Nanjing Agricultural University has continuously explored the education system that adapts to the emerging engineering education.Through innovating pilot programs,promoting talent entry into enterprises,creating high-quality classrooms,strengthening practical education,and introducing first-class teachers,the“five inputs and five combinations”integrated education model of industry and education has been constructed.
