混凝土骨料碱活性试验和碱-骨料反应抑制试验研究

摘要 碱骨料对混凝土寿命具有一定的危害性。对5处料场的粗、细骨料进行的碱活性试验和碱-骨料反应抑制试验结果表明:通过岩相法初步测定5组粗、细骨料中均含有一定量的碱活性矿物成分,进而采用砂浆棒快速法测定骨料碱活性,除了LC8-TK4粗、细骨料为非活性骨料外,其余4组粗、细骨料均为具有潜在危害性反应的活性骨料,采用掺入15%、20%粉煤灰的方法抑制碱-骨料反应的发生,可为类似混凝土工程避免碱-骨料破坏提供参考。 The alkali-aggregate reaction has a certain level of harmfulness to the service life of concrete.The results of alkali reactivity tests and alkali-aggregate reaction inhibition tests conducted on coarse and fine aggregates from five material yards indicate that,through lithological analysis,all five sets of coarse and fine aggregates contain a certain amount of alkali-reactive mineral components.Subsequently,the alkali reactivity of aggregates was determined using the mortar bar accelerated method.With the exception of the LC8-TK4 coarse and fine aggregates,which are non-reactive,the remaining four sets of coarse and fine aggregates are found to be potentially reactive with the potential for harmful reactions.The method of incorporating 15%to 20%fly ash is employed to inhibit the occurrence of alkali-aggregate reactions.This study provides reference and insights for preventing alkali-aggregate damage in similar concrete projects.
