摘要
本文介绍了300 mm×340 mm大方坯连铸使用不同结晶器电磁搅拌参数生产中碳钢42CrMo连铸坯横截面碳分布状况。采用特斯拉计HT201对结晶器中心位置竖直方向磁感应强度进行测量,确保结晶器中心位置磁场强度不变,研究优化电流和频率组合,摸索、归纳出其分布规律。结果证明结晶器磁感应强度达到一定值时,小频率和低电流组合能够降低连铸坯横截面主要化学元素“碳”极差,工艺改进前电磁搅拌参数1.5 Hz/250 A,工艺改进后,电磁搅拌参数为0.5 Hz/180 A,工艺改进后横截面碳极差从原来的0.092%减少到0.051%。
This paper introduces the carbon distribution in cross section of 42CrMo medium carbon steel produced by 300 mm×340 mm continuous casting bloom using different parameters of M-EMS.Teslameter HT201 was used to measure the vertical magnetic induction intensity at the central position of the mould,and its regularities of distribution was summarized.Then the combination of current and frequency was adjusted to ensure that the magnetic field intensity at the central position of the mould remained unchanged,and the test was carried out.The results show that when the magnetic induction intensity reaches a certain value,the combination of low frequency and low current can reduce the carbon range of cross section of continuous casting billet.Before the process improvement,the parameter of M-EMS is 1.5 Hz/250 A,and after the process improvement,the parameter of M-EMS is 0.5 Hz/180 A,and the carbon range of cross section is reduced from the original 0.092%to 0.051%.
