退火温度对中碳冷镦钢组织和力学性能的影响

The influence of annealing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of medium carbon cold heading steel

摘要 对1050SH冷镦钢进行了不同保温温度的球化退火,测定了所获得的组织和力学性能。结果表明,1050SH钢经730℃的保温,6h球化退火,随后炉冷至650℃后带罩冷却,可以得到粒状的珠光体组织,碳化物球化率达到95%以上,硬度值162HV,抗拉强度566MPa,经拉丝后成品硬度值247HV,抗拉强度717MPa,符合客户的使用要求。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of 1050SH cold heading steel were measured by spheroidizing annealing at different holding temperatures.The results showed that after 1050SH steel is spheroidized by holding temperature at 730℃for 6h,followed by furnace cooling to 650℃and cooling with hood,resulting in a granular pearlite structure.The carbide spheroidization rate reached over 95%,with a hardness value of 162HV and a tensile strength of 566MPa.After drawing,the finished product had a hardness value of 247HV and a tensile strength of 717MPa,which met the customer's requirements for use.
