大厚度12Cr2Mo1VR钢板探伤不合原因分析及改进

摘要 随着容器用板越来越向超宽、大厚度方面发展,对钢板探伤的要求也越来越高。针对分厂轧制的特厚钢板超声波探伤不合缺陷,采用低倍和扫描电子显微镜的方法对钢板的超声波缺陷进行了检测和分析。结果表明:造成探伤不合格的主要原因是炼钢坯料的中心疏松缺陷比较严重。通过优化加热、轧制和慢冷工艺,充分压实了钢坯中心,有效地提高了钢板的合格率。 With the development of container plates towards ultra wide and large thickness,the requirements for steel plate inspection are also increasing.In response to the ultrasonic flaw detection of ultra-thick steel plates rolled by the branch factory,low magnification and scanning electron microscopy methods were used to detect and analyze the ultrasonic defects of the steel plates.The results indicate that the main reason for the unqualified inspection is the severe central porosity defect of the steelmaking billet.By optimizing heating,rolling,and slow cooling processes,the center of the steel billet has been fully compacted,effectively improving the qualification rate of the steel plate.
