成长型思维与青少年学习投入的关系:坚毅和生活满意度的链式中介作用 被引量:4

Relationship Between Growth Mindset and Learning Engagement in Adolescents: The Chain Mediating Effect of Grit and Life Satisfaction

摘要 成长型思维是影响教育成果的重要因素,探究其与学习投入的关系及其内部机制对提升青少年的学业成就具有实践意义。研究1采用实验法对202名初中生被试进行视频启动,发现:成长型思维启动组被试在学习投入上的得分显著高于对照组。研究2对838名中职生进行问卷调查;研究3则进一步采用国际学生评估项目(PISA2018)分析中国四个省市的11865名中学生样本数据,两项研究得出一致的结果:(1)成长型思维显著正向预测学习投入;(2)坚毅和生活满意度在两者之间起部分中介作用;(3)成长型思维还能通过坚毅和生活满意度的链式中介作用影响学习投入。研究揭示了成长型思维影响学习投入的心理机制,对促进青少年的学习投入有一定的启发意义。 The growth mindset is a crucial factor influencing educational outcomes,and investigating its relationship with learning engagement and the underlying mechanisms holds practical significance in enhancing academic achievements among adolescents.Study 1 employed an experimental approach to conduct video interventions with 202 participants from junior high school.The findings revealed that participants in the growth mindset intervention group demonstrated significantly higher scores in learning engagement compared to the control group.In Study 2,a questionnaire survey was conducted with 838 vocational school students.Furthermore,Study 3 involved the analysis of sample data from 11,865 secondary school students in four provinces and cities in China,utilizing the Program for International Student Assessment(PISA 2018)dataset.Two studies found consistent results:(1)Growth mindset significantly positively predicted learning engagement.(2)Grit and life satisfaction played partial mediating roles between growth mindset and learning engagement.(3)Growth mindset also had an impact on learning engagement through the chain mediating effect of grit and life satisfaction.In conclusion,this study reveals the underlying psychological mechanisms of growth mindset and learning engagement,and has some implications for the students'learning engagement.
