实习教师TPACK水平发展影响因素及提升策略研究——以M师范学院为例

摘要 TPACK作为一个整合技术的教师专业知识框架,是教师创造性地将技术、教学法和学科内容三种关键知识高度整合起来,并超越三者的新兴知识形态,是衡量教师信息化教学能力的重要指标,也是师范教育的有利参照。通过对M师范学院2017级、2018级和2019级共计2889名实习教师进行的有关TPACK水平的问卷调查分析,发现:3个年级实习教师TPACK水平均为中等偏上,各个因子中TCK均值稳居最高,TK均值为最低;男女实习教师TPACK发展并不均衡;实习教师TPACK水平不受教育实习模式的影响,但深受内部因子TCK水平的影响;实习教师定期参加教研活动和提升中学指导教师的指导水平对其TPACK水平提升最为有效。因此,应立足高校本身和实习基地,依托开设“现代教育技术应用”必修课程、参加教学创新类赛事、开展教研活动实战训练、提升实习基地指导教师的指导水平等方面来提升实习教师TPACK发展水平,以符合数字化时代对未来教师的内在要求,适应未来教育的发展趋势。 TPACK,as an integrated technology framework for teachers'professional knowledge,creatively integrates three key knowledge types:technology,teaching methods,and subject content.It is an emerging form of knowledge that transcends the three,and is an important indicator for measuring teachers'information-based teaching ability and a favorable reference for teacher education.The article conducted a questionnaire survey on the TPACK levels of 2889intern teachers from M Normal University in 2017,2018,and 2019,and conducted correlation analysis on the data.The results showed that the TPACK levels of intern teachers in all three grades were above average,with the TCK mean consistently ranking the highest among all factors and the TK mean being the lowest;the development of male and female internship teachers'TPACK is not balanced;the TPACK level of internship teachers is not affected by the educational internship mode,but is deeply influenced by the internal factor TCK level;Regular participation of internship teachers in teaching and research activities and improvement of the guidance level of middle school guidance teachers are the most effective ways to improve their TPACK level.The article proposes that people can improve the development level of intern teachers'TPACK by relying on aspects such as offering a compulsory course on"Modern Educational Technology Application",participating in teaching innovation competitions,carrying out practical training in research and teaching activities,and enhancing the guidance level of teachers at the internship base.This will enable them to meet the inherent requirements of future teachers in the digital age and adapt to the future trends in education.
