摘要
“帮学”课程秉持“帮助学生学习”的核心理念,以“促进学生主动学习”为基本路径,旨在实现“三维五育”的课程目标,是具有中国特色的职业教育课程新范式。为评价“帮学”课程的应用效果,采用专家咨询法和AHP法建立评价模型,设计量表,选取参与“帮学”课程的学生为对象,在课程实施前后分别施测。结果显示,“帮学”课程实施后,学生增强了学习动机,提高了学习投入和学习主动性,品德与价值观、工作技能和生活技能全面提升;课程效果在不同的“帮学”课型间呈差异性,操行课程最好、认知课程其次、技能课居后;从三维目标看,“品德与价值观”目标达成度有待进一步提高。研究还表明,“帮学”课程可扩大应用范围,从加强教师“帮学”培训、加大学校与社会支持力度、强化课程思政改革等方面提升课程效果。
“Facilitated-learning”is a new paradigm of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.It adheres to the core concept of“facilitating students to learn”and follows the basic principle of“promoting students’active learning”to achieve“three-dimensional five educations”.To evaluate the application effect of“Facilitated-learning”,Delphi method and AHP method are adopted to establish an evaluation model and design an evaluation scale,with which students attending the“Facilitated-learning”courses were tested as subjects before and after the courses.The results show that students’learning motivation,learning input,learning initiative,moral character and values,work skills and life skills have been comprehensively improved;and the effect of“Facilitated-learning”differs among different course types.Conduct courses had the best outcome,seconded by cognitive courses,and skill courses come last.From the perspective of three-dimensional goals,“morality and value”goals remains to be further improved.The study also indicates“Facilitated-learning”should be applied in a wider scope;the effectiveness of“Facilitated-learning”should be further improved by strengthening teaching staff training,increasing school and social support and strengthening curriculum ideology and politics.
